A contemporary urban sanctuary, Conservatory Apartment’s facade combines multiple James Hardie claddings. Atkar supplied several different products and provided onsite technical support to ensure these materials were integrated seamlessly.

Clean lines and a flush finish distinguish these architecturally designed apartments complemented by a 5 star acoustics rating and 7-8 star energy rating. Project Name: Stage 1 Abberfield Aged Care

Address: 378 Bluff Rd, Sandringham VIC

Products Supplied: 16mm Scyon Linea 180 Weatherboards

Situation:

Atkar provided technical support assisting with coordinating the design of various building materials on the facades of Abberfield Aged Care. Tight access to the site meant heavy reliance on our crane truck service to deliver and lift large quantities of material into position.

Atkar delivered approximately 882m² lengths of 16mm Scyon Linea 180 Weatherboards to Abberfield Age Care. That’s enough Scyon Linea Weatherboards to stretch a total distance of 5.88km! The Scyon Weatherboards were then skilfully installed by Dynamic Developments.
