Following a devastating fire in 2020, Balgownie Estate was committed to rebuilding and revitalising its brand, with the goal of creating an unforgettable cellar door experience for its guests.

The reimagined Balgownie Estate features a series of interconnected spaces that naturally guide guests through the building, inviting exploration and discovery. To enhance this vision and maintain its modern rustic charm, it was crucial to incorporate effective acoustic solutions that promote the intimate dining experience the cellar door offers.

Our innovative approach utilised Au.diGroove, a stylish acoustic solution that created seamless feature ceilings. This design not only harmonised with the estate’s overall aesthetic but also beautifully complemented the striking pendant lighting, ensuring a memorable visual experience while delivering exceptional sound absorption
