Cameron Philipson – Architectural Consultant

Cameron Philipson joined the team as an Architectural Consultant in late 2018 with in-depth knowledge and experience in acoustics and noise control as well as extensive technical and building process knowledge.  Cameron has had a notable career to date working across a range of business’ including Hilti, Armstrong World Industries (ceilings), CSR Ceilector and USG Boral. Andrew Ritchie – Architectural Consultant

With focused experience in Acoustics, Fire certification, lightweight construction and designing in steel, Andrew has spent the last thirty years in consulting for all segments of the construction industry. Tom Devine – General Manager 

As the Executive General Manager Tom provides strategic direction to the architectural team and the overall business by drawing on his extensive experience in developing and implementing key business imperatives which result in exceptional top and bottom line growth.  He has over 25 years’ experience within the building products and architectural industry and is a past president of the Australian Architectural Hardware Industry Association.

Tom joined the Atkar Group in late 2016 from ASSA ABLOY (Lockwood), one of the world’s most innovative companies and the leading provider of Door Opening Solutions where he held the position of Country Manager – Australia. Prior to this post Tom led the Sales and Marketing function at the same company. During his earlier career Tom spent a successful period in England with ‘Security Products UK’ in Product Development and Marketing roles.

Since joining the Atkar Group Tom has built on key initiatives within the business by boosting resources in research and development, marketing, sales processes and customer relationships to drive continued growth. A strong culture for success along with clear communication has underpinned Tom’s approach to leading significant growth and improvement programs since he joined the Atkar Group.
