As a custom made product, Au.diSlot has numerous options within the range.
Different substrates, finishes, patterns and open area percentages can have an affect on the final group rating. You can use the 3D Product Visualiser above to select your panel type and to see panel information such as group ratings.

Our panels are manufactured to suit your exact project size requirements, however it is necessary to select a base panel size. The table outlines the available sizes available for each substrate.

Edge Type
There are three panel edge types available for Au.diSlot – straight, bevel and round edge.
Joint Type
The following joint type options are available. Our standard express joint width is 10mm – however other widths are possible on request.
Butt Joint is not available with a square edge.
Panel Margins
Panel margins are the space (in mm) between the edge of the panel and the centre of the first perforated slot. See below for reference
The standard margin for Au.diSlot is 20mm. Selected custom margins are available on request.
Panel Cut Outs
Small panel cut outs for light fittings, fire alarms or similar are possible with Au.diSlot.
Cut outs can be done on site however it is recommended that this be done by Atkar Group during manufacturing as this will ensure that the cut outs do not compromise the appearance or acoustic performance of the panels.
Cut out size and location needs to be provided during the shop drawing stage.
Access Panels
Access panels and other ceiling penetrations can be easily integrated into Au.diSlot. These processes should be carried out on-site during the installation of the panels.
Standard access panel sizes are 450 x 450mm & 600 x 600mm.
Fixing Options
Atkar Group have developed a number of proprietary concealed fixing systems that are designed especially for Au.diSlot. These systems are integrated and factory fitted to the panel to ensure that the end-product is installed easily, safely, and to the highest standard of quality and finish.
Face Fix
The most cost effective option is to face fix Au.diSlot using the supplied screws and colour-matched screw decals. These decals offer a very seamless finish. Ask us to see an example.
Concealed Fixing Systems
Atkar Group have developed a range of concealed fixing systems (our Au.diMount Fixing Range) that allows for the secret fixing of our timber substrate panels, providing a seamless and integrated look. Au.diMount can be used in either a suspended ceiling configuration using standard furring channel system components, or directly fixed to the wall or ceiling sub-structure, allowing simple installation.
There are a number of considerations required when selecting the most suitable concealed system for your project. It is best to finalise all details including the panel application, orientation and joint type, along with any other installation conditions and budgets.

Maintenance
Atkar Infinity panel systems are a combination of particleboard or plywood substrates with either a genuine timber veneer, polyurethane paint finish, or our Inluxe™ Image laminate applied to the face and or/edges of the panels.
Cleaning
Remove any marks or dust with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Stubborn stains or grease may be removed with a gentle cleaner and a soft cloth.
Do not use abrasive cleaning chemicals or strong solvents. Adhesive tape should never be applied to the surface of the panels during maintenance as this may damage the face finish.
