In this new world we see ourselves in, we are all finding ways to adjust to meet the new needs of our customers.

First priority is obviously minimising risks, so as a business, our office staff is now all working remotely from home. Thanks to technology, our customers may not even notice much difference, however we wanted to remind you of the options available to connect.

As always, you can call us between 7am – 4.30pm Monday – Friday and speak to our Customer Service Team to talk about any current or new project or product enquires. We can still send out samples and provide access to brochures etc. so give us a call when needed.

Video Conference

There’s nothing like face to face contact to make connecting that bit easier, especially for product or project presentations. We obviously have always had this way of communication, however it is now more prevalent than ever.

Our teams are currently well trained in Zoom & 3CX platforms, however if you have a preferred or a supported Video Conferencing platform for your company, just let us know and we will do our best to use the platform that you are most comfortable with.

Site Visits

Although the preference for most people is phone or video right now, we understand that it may be required to visit the site to review or support any products questions that are required for the job. Obviously we will need to follow current social distancing practices and our preference would be to only include key required staff and that the location and size of the room meets the current requirements.
