Situation

A contemporary new seaside residence where outstanding acoustics were vital to counterbalance the otherwise hard reflective surfaces.

Solution

A costal retreat for family and friends, the house is industrial in design with an abundance of hard flat surfaces, which required a high performance acoustic lining to soften the atmosphere.

Inarc specified Au.diSlat – the ideal product to fit the design intent with concealed fixing and seamless exterior. Atkar then augmented the design process with the production of colour samples to meet the client’s expectations.

Built with the dining and living areas as the central hub, the panels flow throughout the space giving a warm and airy feeling befitting of this classy seaside residence. Atkar worked closely with BDH to provide shop drawings and ensure a smooth finished result.
